Is TRT safe?

TRT is well-studied and considered safe when prescribed and monitored by a licensed clinician. Our protocols are built around your lab work — total and free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, hematocrit, PSA and lipids — and we monitor them on a regular cadence. We adjust dosing or add ancillaries (such as anastrozole or HCG) when clinically indicated.
Will TRT affect my fertility?

Exogenous testosterone can suppress sperm production. If preserving fertility is a priority, we offer enclomiphene as an oral first-line option, or pair TRT with HCG to maintain testicular function. Discuss your goals during intake — your clinician will tailor the protocol accordingly.
